Terms and Conditions — Alano DT 4 Pakistan Gaming Platform

01 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with Alano DT 4, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing this type of platform is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not already have an existing Alano DT 4 account, whether active, suspended or closed.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information including your real name, contact details and date of birth.

Alano DT 4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

02 Account Rules

Each individual player may hold only one account on Alano DT 4. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If the platform detects multiple accounts linked to the same person by identity, device, IP address, payment method or household, all accounts will be subject to review and any bonuses credited across those accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Alano DT 4 acts on instructions received through a logged-in session and cannot reverse transactions that were carried out by someone with valid access to your account.

Account names cannot be changed after registration. Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another person.

03 Deposits & Payments

Alano DT 4 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and supported mobile wallets. Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account or card belonging to someone else — are not permitted.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your balance within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Alano DT 4 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification status of your account. Alano DT 4 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is a standard measure to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to the verified account holder. If a deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified method registered to your account may be used.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before being processed. Standard processing timeframes and minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Withdrawal page and are updated whenever changes are made. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer than the standard timeframe.

Before your first withdrawal, Alano DT 4 may require identity verification. This is to confirm that the person requesting the withdrawal is the registered account holder. Documents requested may include a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method being used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed if there are outstanding wagering requirements on your bonus balance.
• Alano DT 4 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where unusual account activity has been flagged for review.
• Funds in your account cannot be withdrawn without prior gaming activity at least equivalent to the total deposited amount.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Alano DT 4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and sports betting free bet offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, qualifying games and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on Alano DT 4 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Alano DT 4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and are actively wagering towards a requirement will be given reasonable notice.
• If a bonus is claimed using a method that violates these terms — such as opening a duplicate account or making a deposit from a third-party payment method — the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be voided.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Alano DT 4 offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets, as well as casino games including slots, live dealer tables and fish shooting games. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting products on the platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a Cash Out feature is available and explicitly offered on a specific market.
• Alano DT 4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds was caused by a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and the staked amount will be returned.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to official match results. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to that market will apply and are published in the Sports section.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Game results are not influenced by account history, deposit size or betting pattern.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Alano DT 4 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings on any account where irregular betting patterns are identified.

Fish Games operate on a shooting mechanic where players use in-game currency purchased with real PKR balance to shoot targets. Payouts are determined by the value assigned to each target type and the multipliers active during the game. Fish Games are subject to the same responsible gaming tools as other game categories.

07 Responsible Gaming

Alano DT 4 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and we expect players to use them honestly. The following tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once a limit is set, it can only be decreased immediately; increases take a cooling-off period to come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Alano DT 4 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by cycling deposits through gaming activity with the intent to withdraw without genuine play.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated or systematic exploitation across accounts or households.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players through any support or communication channel.

Alano DT 4 monitors accounts for irregular patterns and reserves the right to investigate, suspend or close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, even if a final determination has not yet been made. During an investigation, account balances may be held pending the outcome.

09 Privacy & Data

Alano DT 4 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, identity verification and payment processing workflows. The types of data collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and what rights you have in relation to your data are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. If you wish to withdraw consent, you may do so by contacting support, though withdrawing consent for data processing that is essential to account operation may require account closure.

Alano DT 4 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform. All third-party data sharing is governed by contractual data protection obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

Alano DT 4 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

Alano DT 4 is not liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or technical interruptions during an active gaming session, except where demonstrable platform fault resulted in a settled outcome that differs from what would have occurred.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on incorrect information provided outside of these official Terms and Conditions.
• Indirect, consequential or economic losses beyond the real-money balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant issue.

In all cases where Alano DT 4 is found to be at fault, the maximum liability is limited to the real-money balance held in the affected player's account at the time of the incident. Bonus balance is not included in liability calculations.

11 Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard procedures and any real-money balance remaining after the withdrawal process will be returned to your registered payment method.

Alano DT 4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.
• The account cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose the platform to regulatory, legal or financial risk.

In cases of termination due to breach of terms, any bonus balance and winnings generated through activity that violated these terms may be voided. Real-money deposits that were not part of the prohibited activity will be returned subject to standard verification and anti-money-laundering checks.

12 Changes to Terms

Alano DT 4 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When updates are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top. For significant changes that affect player rights or the operation of active accounts, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the platform or registered contact details before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Alano DT 4 after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
