Account — Registration & Login Account

Registration is free and takes about three minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistan mobile number (+92 format), email address and a password of your choice. Submit the form and you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter that OTP to verify your number and your account is immediately active. You can then deposit and start playing straight away.

The minimum age to register and play on Alano DT 4 is 18 years old. By completing registration, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage users are suspended immediately and any balance handled in line with the Terms and Conditions.

No — one account per person is the rule. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact the support team via live chat to recover it instead of creating a new one. Duplicate accounts may result in forfeiture of balances in line with the Terms and Conditions.

Visit the Login page, enter your registered Pakistan mobile number (in +92 format) or your email address along with your password, then hit Login. If OTP verification is enabled on your account, a one-time PIN will be sent to your mobile — enter it to complete the login. The whole process typically takes under 10 seconds.

On the Login page, tap the Forgot Password link below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP or reset link will be sent to your registered contact within a couple of minutes. Follow the steps to set a new password. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder or make sure you are entering the correct mobile number in +92 format. If the problem continues, contact live support from the Login page.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings or Profile section. From there you can update your email address, password and notification preferences. Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification — contact the live support team who will guide you through the process securely.

Deposits — PKR Payments Deposits

Alano DT 4 supports a range of PKR deposit methods suited to Pakistan players:

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases — usually within seconds of completing the payment. Raast transfers also arrive very quickly. Bank transfers may take a few hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, check your transaction history and contact live support with the payment reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown in the Cashier section once you are logged in. Generally, the minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is kept low to make the platform accessible to all Pakistan players regardless of budget. Check the Cashier page after login for the current limits applicable to your chosen method.

First, refresh your account balance page. If the balance still has not updated after a few minutes, go to Transaction History under your account settings and check whether the deposit appears as pending. If it does not appear at all, note down the transaction reference number from JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank app and contact the 24/7 live support team. They can manually verify the payment and credit your account promptly.

Alano DT 4 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, your bank, or card issuer — may apply their own service charges. These are outside Alano DT 4's control. Check your provider's fee schedule if you notice any deduction on the sending side.

Withdrawals — PKR Payouts Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the request. Make sure the mobile number or account details you enter match those registered with your Alano DT 4 account to avoid delays.

Most PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal speed can also depend on whether KYC verification has been completed — verified accounts typically see faster processing times. Visit the Withdrawal page for current processing timelines.

A withdrawal may show as pending for several reasons:
  • KYC verification has not been completed on your account yet.
  • An active bonus with wagering requirements has not yet been met.
  • The withdrawal amount entered is below the minimum or above the maximum limit.
  • The mobile number or account details entered do not match your registered information.
Check your account notifications for any alerts. If everything looks correct and the withdrawal has been pending for more than a few hours, contact live support with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes — KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a copy of your Pakistan CNIC and a selfie for identity confirmation. Visit the App page on your Android device and download the APK file. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable Install from Unknown Sources (or Allow from this source). Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen instructions. The app installs in under a minute on most Android devices.

Try these steps in order:
  • Force-close the app and reopen it.
  • Check that your internet connection is stable — switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to test.
  • Clear the app cache from your phone's App Settings.
  • Check the App page for the latest version — update if a newer version is available.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app from scratch.

Yes. Alano DT 4 offers session time limits, temporary cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. A cool-off period locks your account for a set duration of your choice — from 24 hours up to several weeks. Self-exclusion locks the account for a longer period and cannot be reversed until the period ends.
