Privacy Policy — Alano DT 4 Pakistan Gaming Platform

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Alano DT 4 collects when you use the platform, how that data is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is kept, and what rights you have over it. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Plain-language overview before you dive into the full policy below.

When you register an account on Alano DT 4, deposit PKR, place a bet on a cricket match, or spin a slot in the game lobby, you share certain information with us. Some of that information you provide directly — like your name and contact details. Some of it is collected automatically — like your device type and the pages you visit. And some comes from third parties, like payment processors when you deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa.

We collect this data because we genuinely need it to operate the platform. Without knowing who you are, we cannot process your withdrawals or verify that you are old enough to play. Without understanding how players use the platform, we cannot fix the things that are not working well or build features that are actually useful. We do not collect data for the sake of it, and we do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

This policy is written to be clear and readable rather than deliberately dense. If something is not clear, the FAQ page has additional guidance, and the support team is available 24/7 via live chat. The full policy text below governs how your data is handled — support responses and FAQ entries are guidance, not overrides of what is written here.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Alano DT 4, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without registering. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood how your data is collected and used as described in this policy.

How We Protect Your Data

Six core principles that shape how Alano DT 4 handles your personal information.

Minimal Collection

We only collect the data that is actually needed to operate your account, process payments and keep the platform secure. We do not collect personal information speculatively or beyond what the platform requires.

Encrypted Storage

Personal data stored on Alano DT 4 systems is encrypted at rest. Sensitive fields such as payment details and identity documents are handled with additional access controls and are not exposed to standard platform queries.

No Data Sales

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers or marketing platforms. Your information stays within the operational ecosystem required to run Alano DT 4.

Purpose Limitation

Data collected for one purpose — such as identity verification for withdrawals — is not repurposed for unrelated activities. Each category of data has a defined reason for being collected and a defined retention period.

Player Control

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Where deletion conflicts with legal retention obligations, we will explain what can and cannot be removed.

Secure Transfers

All data transferred between your device and the Alano DT 4 platform is protected by TLS encryption. Payment data shared with processors like JazzCash and Easypaisa is handled under contractual data protection obligations.

01 Data We Collect

Alano DT 4 collects personal data in the following categories:

Category Examples Why Collected
Identity Data Full name, date of birth, government ID Account registration and age/identity verification
Contact Data Mobile number, email address Account communication, support, security alerts
Financial Data JazzCash/Easypaisa number, bank account, transaction history Processing PKR deposits and withdrawals
Technical Data IP address, device type, browser, OS Fraud prevention, security monitoring
Usage Data Pages visited, games played, session duration Platform improvement, responsible gaming monitoring
Communications Data Support chat history, emails sent to support Resolving queries, quality assurance, dispute records

02 How Data Is Collected

Your data reaches us through three main routes:

  • Directly from you: When you register, complete identity verification, make a deposit, submit a withdrawal request or contact support. The information you type into the platform is collected at the point of entry.
  • Automatically: When you use the platform, standard technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type and session activity is logged automatically. This happens whether you are a registered player or an unregistered visitor.
  • From third parties: When you use JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a bank transfer to deposit or withdraw, our payment processors pass us confirmation data required to match the transaction to your account. Identity verification services may pass us the results of document checks.

We do not purchase personal data about you from data brokers or marketing list providers.

03 How We Use Your Data

Each piece of data we collect has a defined purpose. The main uses are:

  • Account operation: Your name, contact details and date of birth are used to create and maintain your account and to verify that you meet the 18+ eligibility requirement.
  • Payment processing: Financial data is used exclusively to process PKR deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards or mobile wallets.
  • Fraud and security: Technical data including IP addresses, device fingerprints and login patterns is used to detect suspicious activity, prevent unauthorised access and identify accounts that may be violating the Terms and Conditions.
  • Platform improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data is analysed to understand which features players use most, where performance issues occur and what improvements would be most useful. Individual-level usage data is not shared outside the platform team.
  • Responsible gaming monitoring: Session duration, deposit frequency and betting patterns are monitored to identify players who may be showing signs of problem gambling. This data is used to trigger responsible gaming prompts and to enforce self-exclusion requests.
  • Customer support: Communications data is retained so that support agents have context when handling queries, and so that disputes can be resolved accurately with reference to prior conversations.
  • Legal and compliance obligations: Certain data is retained because we are required to keep records of financial transactions and identity verifications for defined periods under applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

We do not use your personal data to build marketing profiles, run targeted advertising campaigns or make automated decisions that have a significant legal or financial impact on you without human review.

04 Data Sharing

Alano DT 4 does not sell your personal data. We share data only where it is necessary to operate the platform, and only with parties that are bound by contractual data protection obligations. The categories of third parties we work with are:

  • Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks and card networks receive the minimum financial data required to process your deposit or withdrawal. They are not given access to your gaming history or other account data.
  • Identity verification services: When you submit documents for KYC verification, those documents are processed by a third-party verification provider. Results are passed back to us; the provider does not retain your documents beyond their own stated retention period.
  • Fraud prevention systems: Technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers may be cross-referenced with shared fraud databases to detect known bad actors. No personally identifying information beyond technical identifiers is shared in this context.
  • Platform infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and content delivery services that underpin the platform may process data as part of serving the platform to you. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal authorities: If we receive a valid legal request from a relevant authority — such as a court order or a formal anti-money laundering inquiry — we may be required to disclose specific data. We will not volunteer data beyond what is required by the request.

Important: We never share your data with advertisers, third-party marketing platforms or data brokers. Your personal information is used solely to operate your Alano DT 4 account and meet our legal obligations.

05 Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal obligations. The general retention periods are:

  • Active account data: Retained for the full duration your account is open and active on the platform.
  • Transaction records: Financial transaction data — including deposit and withdrawal history — is retained for a minimum of five years after the transaction date to meet standard financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five years after account closure. If an account is closed due to suspected fraud, documents may be retained longer pending resolution.
  • Support communications: Chat logs and email correspondence are retained for three years from the date of the conversation to allow accurate dispute resolution.
  • Technical/log data: Server logs containing IP addresses and session data are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.

When a retention period expires and there is no legal reason to keep the data, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may request early deletion of certain data categories — see the Your Rights section below for how to do this and what limitations apply.

06 Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously and have implemented a range of technical and organisational measures to protect it. These include:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and the platform.
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive stored data including identity documents and payment information.
  • Role-based access controls ensuring that platform staff can only access the data they need for their specific function.
  • Regular security reviews and monitoring for unusual access patterns or potential breaches.
  • Two-factor authentication options available to account holders to protect their own accounts.

No system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights or interests, we will notify affected users as quickly as practicable and take immediate steps to contain the breach and prevent further exposure.

You also play a role in keeping your account secure. Use a strong, unique password for your Alano DT 4 account, enable any available two-factor authentication, and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

07 Your Rights

As a user of Alano DT 4, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact the support team via live chat or email — details are in the Contact section below.

  • Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will provide this in a readable format within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Right to correction: If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it. For example, if your mobile number has changed, contact support to update it.
  • Right to deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data. We will comply where deletion is not prevented by legal retention obligations. Transaction records and KYC documents, for example, must be retained for defined periods regardless of a deletion request.
  • Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances — for example, while a dispute about the accuracy of your data is being resolved — you can ask us to restrict how your data is used without deleting it.
  • Right to data portability: You can request a machine-readable copy of data you have provided to us directly, such as your profile information, where technically feasible.
  • Right to object: Where we rely on legitimate interests as the basis for processing, you may object to that processing. We will assess your objection and either comply or explain why the processing continues.

Please note: Exercising the right to deletion or restriction may affect your ability to use the platform. For example, if identity verification data is deleted before the legal retention period expires, your account may need to be suspended until re-verification is completed.

08 Cookies & Tracking

Alano DT 4 uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform function correctly and to understand how it is being used. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the platform. We use the following types:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in while you navigate between pages. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without disabling the platform entirely.
  • Functional cookies: Remember your preferences — such as language settings and display options — so you do not have to reset them on every visit.
  • Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players navigate the platform. This helps us identify slow-loading pages, confusing navigation paths and underused features. No individually identifiable data is included in analytics reports.
  • Security cookies: Help detect fraudulent access attempts, bot activity and unusual session behaviour.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies that follow you across other websites. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly. Blocking analytics or functional cookies will not affect your ability to play or withdraw.

09 Payments & KYC Data

When you deposit PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards or mobile wallets, a record of that transaction — including the payment method reference, amount and timestamp — is stored against your account. This record is used to reconcile deposits, process refunds where applicable and satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be triggered at other points during account activity. KYC data — which typically includes a copy of a government-issued identity document and sometimes a proof of payment method — is handled with heightened security controls. Only authorised staff with a legitimate need can access KYC documents.

We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are tokenised at the point of entry and the token — not the card number — is stored against your account for future transactions. Full card data is processed directly by the payment network and never stored on Alano DT 4 servers.

If your payment method changes — for example, you get a new bank account or a new mobile number for JazzCash — update your account details through support before placing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests to unverified payment methods will be held pending verification.

10 Minors

Alano DT 4 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Age verification is a core part of the registration and withdrawal processes, and accounts where there is a reasonable suspicion of underage access are suspended pending identity verification.

If you believe a person under 18 has registered on the platform or is accessing an adult account, please contact support immediately. We will investigate, suspend the account and securely delete any data collected from the underage individual beyond what is required for the purposes of the investigation.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has been using this platform, please reach out via the support channels. We take these reports seriously and act on them promptly.

11 Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate the platform, changes in the services we use, or changes in applicable requirements. When updates are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top of the document.

For changes that materially affect how your personal data is used or what rights you have, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the platform or via their registered contact details before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use Alano DT 4 after a policy update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised privacy practices. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and the return of any remaining real-money balance.

12 Contact & Complaints

If you have a question about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise any of your data rights, or want to raise a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, contact the Alano DT 4 support team. The fastest way to reach us is via the 24/7 live chat available on the platform. You can also send an email to the address shown in the footer of this page.

When submitting a data rights request, please include your registered username and a description of your request so it can be routed to the correct team quickly. We aim to acknowledge all data-related requests within two business days and to resolve them within 30 days. Complex requests — for example, those involving large volumes of transaction data — may take longer, and we will keep you updated on progress.

If you are not satisfied with how a complaint is handled, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to the support team, addressed for the attention of the data protection function. We will treat escalated complaints with priority and provide a written response.

For general questions about your account, betting rules or responsible gaming tools, the FAQ page covers the most common queries in straightforward language. You can also visit the Responsible Gaming page for information about managing your gaming activity and the tools available to you.
